Blox fruits odyssey

i just. dont have it in me to care. its still a boring requirement, even if i just put it on the backburner. its made worse cause i got 144 wheat in my inventory already but nooooo that doesnt count

i get that like. you gotta keep players playing for an extended period of time cause of things like premium payouts nd whatnot but id rather do an event thats like “hey go beat the new boss!” or “hey find this npc and talk to him!” yknow? an event that doesnt feel like its fighting me for my time?

Yeah, I’d much rather have everybody congregating against a new miniboss or full boss that spawns randomly around, but I’m glad we got what we got, and honestly, that’s like the hardest questline anyway.

In the

WHOLE GAME

a normal player would NEVER find a naturaly spawning wheat place.
Its only a quest location

And how would you even realise that some islands apperently now have extra pumpkin-wheat farms???

Thank god i have a timezone issue, which means i cant play AO in first hours, cause no problems with bugs and everyhing is already solved.
If you have patience you can just spawn in bronze sea and go to othrys’ spot. But how in the zeus’ name should a normal player even know about it???

And dont get me started how mid are seasonals.
The only good ones are sinister gaze and cat stuff. and its good ONLY because of cat-girl memes.
WOM seasonals may be old, but they are good, sure, there are 2-3 mid ones, but all others are good looking.

Well they would if they went to Shell Island, Blachreach, or the Forest of Cernunno during the halloween event.

by exploring them despite having already done so, duh.

Which isn’t even a prerequisite as nothing tells you to head there.

There are legit 2 pumpkin wheat farms on Cerruno alone, right outside of the witches hut quest area that you have to go to to finish the event

I didn’t even play it yet can someone explain the event to me pls

5 new NPC’s
one at forest of cerunno, one at akursius, one at ravenna, one at cirrus, one at sailor’s lodge
each one (except sailor’s lodge) gives you 2-3 quests, with each quest giving you an accessory
certain activities give candy; candy can be traded for accessories at the sailor’s lodge npc

What do the quests require u to do

the first quests for each are: gather 100 pumpkins, gather 66 wheat, find a cat at darkpine isle, kill 13 criminals
second quests are: cook 25 meals that restore 75+ hunger, do 6 diving spots, complete 6 treasure charts, kill 6 bosses
third quests (for the two that have them) are: catch 35(?) fish and sell 35(?) sealed chests

might be misremembering the amounts but that should be accurate enough

You get told that in the quest dialogue I’m pretty sure

You do?
I must have missed it then, no idea how I could have though.

To be fair I pretty much missed it. I saw something about being able to get the resources from various different islands and that’s it. But that was definitely a way to tell people to check the other islands.

Protip: For the diving spots part of the questline (comes right after the wheat part) those small diving spots you can see from the surface will count

after actually doing the event, it’s not that bad grind-wise
it only takes 7ish hours to finish and you’ve got till November 22nd
