I’m so overstimulated man… life is truly weird
I’m so addicted to social media and doing mindful watching, reading, or playing video game feel like a toll.
Out of all of those that I can get addicted to, it has to be scrolling social media… absolute stupidity
what I do is just lock my phone up and like go so productive things and come back after I set a goal

Boy this sure gives me the old days cringe (in a good way)
After a month of self evaluation I start to realize once the clock reach 6PM and it become night, I start to become much more emotionally unstable compared to daytime.
What could be the cause? Why I have to be so much sensitive at night but not day time
I’m reversed, I’m extremely volatile in the day when things tend to annoy me because school
But then at night I’m just sorta numb, I try to release my feelings from earlier and cannot
maybe it actually is because of the lack of sunlight, I think it’s like seasonal depression but more extreme
The lack of sound (especially at midnight) can also be a factor. Less the distraction is usually better
And that numb feeling, I feel you… it’s always like that every night for me

If you’re my dad, he will likely just told me to sleep early even though it’s not. My dad for some reason thinks everything that worked for him means worked for everyone (Survivorship bias)
I will never forget this car, I really wish I could have one, heck, I don’t mind spending years restoring this junk if it means making it run without issue

Hell yeah, I love old European cars with no technology in them. Just buttons that you gotta memorize. such a cool feeling to show people the sleek design of an old car

I remember last night I was told my story setting ain’t racist enough because it’s about a 20 year old African American driving a Pontiac and set in 1969-1972 and felt oddly pissed for no reason. It talks about why the protagonist cannot speed because it means death from the cops and they can’t own a car even with all the legal ownership and paperwork, even if the road is quite dead at 10PM
Dude got great intention of highlighting the racism at that time but there I felt like attacked for no reason. Even if it’s a solid criticism that I should take into account.
