They generate randomly

Not to be a prick but, do i just have insane luck? I have gotten atleast 5 of these quests so far…
The more high level players on a server, the more often quests like these spawn.
I meant that 65% of all of my apprentice quests have just been these miniboss quests while other people have only gotten them rarely out of their own apprentice quests.
It’s not reaaaaaaaaaally luck based as you need a boss to be alive to get this quest. If nobody kills those boss and take the apprentice quests you will find these quests often.

Best way to find them is just high jump really high into the air and then look for the buildings.
