If there’s a group of 4 people huddled together and I throw a throwable potion at them, would it affect all 4 of them?
It appears not, I remember seeing a vid of somebody throwing a tier 5 Gale potion at a group of people and only one flew up, he did it again but missed so only he flew up.
I assume you need lingering potions for multiple people
Sunken Element is a Catalyst tho, for Supernova-Type potions

golden fish scales from cooked/rotten golden fishes for t1-t3 luck pots
legendary fish scales for t4-t5 pots

And the fact that the tier 2 reagent is tied behind one of the rarest events in the game, catching a legendary fish.
Could probably reset my stats for double beams and train iron leg mastery 10 times over until you get one.
I dont think thats how it works, i think it only affects boss drops
fishing is the easiest thing in the world, i get golden fish so easily too

there is no way you’re gonna be able to reset your stats before I fish a legendary fish, I use a lucky bronze rod

catching a legendary fish is nothing compared to getting a Sunken or a Promethean Acrimony
