Wow! I picked up on some of these, like Ravenna and Alalea, but I never thought of Frostmill paralleling Savaria like that. Cool connections!

I feel like Dawn Island is a double reference to Newground Island and Doom Island, since it’s so stormy. Honestly I think like Dawn Island is very underrated, it feels so much bigger than it is and it’s pretty atmospheric.

i think doom island gets double referenced in a way (dawn island: constant storms, shell island: large tropical island with spires around)

I would say shell island is more like doom island, the Monoah tribe literally wear the same clothes as Doomians
Also I feel like Sameria is like Savaria/Sabura, seriously why does vetex like every desert island to start with “Sa”
