I live in Canada. It’s hot as balls during the summer and cold as balls during the winter.
I still take warm showers year-round because I’m not a psychopath.

max heat is the best if my skin isn’t red when I get out the shower then I didn’t even take one

also my shower temp varies on whether or not it is FLAMING HOT outside
if it is, then it’s likely I take a cold shower
but most of the time (98% of the year) I take warm showers like a normal person would
luke warm showers are the way to go feeling cold but warm at the same time
satisfies cold and hot days (little less on freeing days tho) used to take hot showers but lukewarm is much better imo. especially compared to cold showers.
I live in the middle of the equator and still only take hot showers.
