Anyone remember on the old Book Ideas card there was gonna be a book about the Dark Sea, and one of the man’s experiences was sailing on top of a wave that was as tall as a mountain? I think this might be that.
And by the way, there are only 19 weapon skills missing, and exactly 19 weapon types. This means we’re effectively on the 5TH SET!!! If you averaged out all the weapons, they would each have 4 skills right now! Remember Arcane Odyssey only released with the first 2 sets. It’s crazy we’ve made it this far.

Nope! This character was never named or implemented in-game. On the trello it used to list a plan to add a book from someone who sailed far into the Dark Sea and returned to tell the tale, and it listed things like massive obsidian deserts and the aforementioned wave as high as the clouds.

How many Dark Sea events like, do not damage the ship but rather debuff it? Like reduces speed and stuff?
We lowkey need more of events like that.
Like a magic imbued wind that reduces visibility and reduces/increases speed depending on your direction.

i cant lie but, i feel more hype for this update than i ever did for full release.
hbe stands for hitbox extender, which is an old exploit where they would make their targets hitbox larger for themselves since damage was calculated client side.
i doubt they actually added hbe probably just meant increasing the hitbox size (seems to infer the skill has small shard projectiles so it was probably really hard to hit)
