Yeah, definitely leaning towards that. I actually planned to have Archon and kette have a more slave and master relation ship, which is why her head is down when speaking to him, and I was gonna hint that he gave her the chain on her neck.

He has probably one of the highest kill/injury counts in DH (72 confirmed kills, 160 major injuries, over 480+ minor injury cases (hallucinations, small cuts, etc), youβd be surprised with how much he uses his ability on random people)
creepier note: 43 of these kills are people from DH
One time he went on a massive rampage in DH, he killed 3 students and injured 23, when questioned by Durza, his response was βI wondered what it would feel likeβ
