It’s specifically on the western part
You can get to it from fort merit, but there are authority gaurds there so I’d reccomend not

Here’s my hint though, you’ll notice lower and upper erisia are pretty linear when it comes to the areas you go through, I wonder what’s at the end of it?
its so sad how fast this guy is progressing/llearning and being helped by community rather than in-game player teacher who keeps knocking down you and nearly gripping you everytime you log on
the amount of experiencing and tension I had with these two things in mind was crazy 
I wouldn’t want to play this game with any other kind of help.
