Revert the new layout's inclusion of reactions in the daily like limit

The new layout has come and it now includes non-like reactions into the like limit, making it essentially impossible to react to more than just a few messages per day (might as well remove all reactions aside from likes now). reaction">[image] While I understand the reason as to why such a change was made (preventing cases like Deron’s from happening), it severely modifies the forums’ experience for rule-abiding users. Was this change even made intentionally?
