The collection did end up working for me, but it’s a bit confusing?
I was able to create a sub collection for the topic but not a global collection. (The top option will give you internal server error when you try to create it).
I’m assuming that the bottom collection option is only visible to the user, otherwise there’s no permissions set right now because I can create collections under Ziphers topic with no restraints.

Collections can be viewed in the side menu, under view collections (First option)
