I’m not exactly sure what the deal with Tsubakura’s “enjoying that which is enjoyable” ability is, either.
I checked the wiki, and it doesn’t really provide a clear answer either. It might be an odd translation thing.
Enjoying that which is enjoyable
They have the ability to quickly find out about anything interesting even if it is meaningless games. However, for currently unknown reasons, they purposefully do not use this ability, which may play into their loafing personality most of the time.
And this excerpt from their character profile in Evanescent Existence (Len’en 1)
An oddball who avoids the beaten path. They enjoy meaningless games most of all,
and thanks to this, they gained the ability to control them.
It’s an odd ability for the main protagonist of the series to have. They kind of need it though, considering that they live such an unhappy life.
Not my drip, but I found this player in a Japanese server cosplaying as Tenshi Hinanawi from Touhou Project 
It was really cool. Their weapons had red quartz applied to them, and they even had a scarlet mist aura on their weapon, which is accurate to her weapon’s lore and attack visuals in the fighting games.

We dueled a bunch, they sent me free money, and then we went our seperate ways. I dunno, it was just cool to come across a cosplayer like this!
