subnautica referenced amazing but in all seriousness imagine trying to hunt down CAZAL, the man who has the highest bounty in the war seas, most likely killed millions, sacrificed and tortured numbers beyond measure and is so secretive that his bounty poster had to be drawn. Plus you have to keep in mind that cazal has to be major strong, he has the wind curse which isn’t very destructive as a magic, however imagine a massive, catastrophic tornado that was blessed by the power of chaos, that’s some shit right there. Also it’d be very funny seeing leviathan go on a 5 hour monologue if she ever (incredibly low chance) finds cazal and then just gets max knockback flung into a white eyes and dies

I think the bounty poster being drawn is just how posters canonically look, since Delamere and Ruby Rogers also have hand-drawn posters, but everything else you say yeah that is true

The Cazal Cannon™ misfired when I was planning to take a trip to monos island! I ended up being fired straight at the Thorne Empire where I hit Crown King Of Thorns during landing and promptly turned him into Red Mist, afterward his crown comedically fell right on my head and everyone now thinks that I lead this kingdom! The luxuries are fine though..
havent even played library of ruina yet i still shot up like a fucking sleeper agent the moment i saw “red mist”
The citizen dialogue mentions them having photos though, so maybe that’s only the case for people they haven’t managed to photograph? Also, how did they invent cameras???
