used to just sketch islands out of boredom all the time a few years back

An large island like Marineford in One Piece home to the HQ of the Grand Navy. It has the highest ranks of the Grand Navy there. It is heavily guarded by grand navy vessels. If you release all prisoners (including AI) would initiate heavy amounts of grand navy soldiers on you. This will raise your bounty to 10,000. The escaped prisoners will have half of your bounty. The island has an underground technology force for a motar like weapon. The island is covered by hilly forests.

the island isn’t too big, maybe 4-6km in circumference
the kicker is that when people go on the island, weird things happen, like in one area of the island things move really really slowly, and a weird cave with a glow at the end but when you try to enter it teleports you back to the entrance
