So I was playing WoM on my water file (girl by the way) and just killed the exiled. Then I headed over to the secret tavern and noticed this,
Additionally don’t let Water magic users get drunk at your estabishment
I just hopped onto WoM and somehow, I have a fine. Just so you understand, I was fined by the magic council while being the lowest rep possible and having a bounty.
