Yeah you can get loaded into any current NPC or player outfits if you spawn in as the game loads in.
Sometimes even NPCs can be loaded into other NPC/player outfits too.
It’s pretty interesting.
You can get the following aspects loaded, as far as I know:
Skin color
Faces
Clothes/armor textures
Hair color?

i think i can confirm that hair color is one of them, this hasn’t happened to me recently but i think i can remember my hair color being different when this has happened
