oh i know that bug, had it while searching for epicenter.
Not sure how it replicated, but smth smth stunned while taking the wheel.
During this bug you can turn ship like that and you CAN NOT leave the driving seat. The fix is just “updating” your character (toggling facial hair is the easiest update)
