There is a lvl cap for rivals in each sea. Due to this you cannot bring a 1000 lvl rival to destroy newbies in the Bronze Sea. If you come back to the Nimbus sea, his lvl will be 260 again.
Whenever I’m in the bronze sea my rival is still 260
Maybe a bug? I remember seeing this change in the trello a while ago.
Also 182 is above the bronze sea level cap so that wouldent make sense. Bronze level cap is 160.
When did this even happen? I dont recall a patch note on it

Dunno if this counts, but I found one of those weird creatures at JTN’s build showcase(which is still AO and WoM fanwork so I hope that’s good enough). Looks really weird next to all the normal roblox people around
