Max ship builder deckhands gives a free 5% heal + a boost to how much you can repair with supplies, sailor talent quest should now also reduce supplies usage, also since supplies scale with a ships power atlantean brigs should give a lot more (trees honestly should still be buffed significantly though, it sucks rn)
