im pretty sure those are either cheaters or some kind of exploiter overall
in current version (1.20.12) charts are bugged, and do not complete after being dug up (at least for me, max lvl charting+plat shovels and i cant do a single one).

if he is not cheating, this is kind of insane… 3 legendary charts+4 lost charts (?) in a short enough span to not have more clog over them
