You can get these leaders as a miniboss fight when digging up the last location of Mythic/Lost Treasure Charts. They dont have unique drops though, from what I’ve seen. They are weak so it would be pointless.

This was taken in Nimbus sea I assume? Or directly after you left the Dark sea?
I’ve solved these charts before, and the pirate factions seemed different from who spawned as an invasion. Might be my luck to meet all the different ones though
ironically it didnt drop my frames it just made a really really loud noise
nimbus sea side of the mountain, but i did not enter the dark sea at all, nor is that part in the dark sea
