I’ve seen a Legionnaire who’s only weapon is a shield, so he couldn’t hit me.
Interestingly, the one I saw it with was an ensign.
Apparently the bronze legion and atlanteans are particularly fond of not fighting

i reported that bug, zerker npcs above level 80 simply cant attack at all. i guess the no m1s change really screwed them over

This guy just doesn’t care that I’m standing right in front of him

So I parked my boat for like not even a minute and when I wanted to leave I was wondering why my boat didn’t move… somehow a lost cargo has spawned inside my god damn boat
