This bro put his cutlass on the right side of the belt, which means that he uses his left hand to fight, but at this point its pretty strange cuz in armies like Grand Navy all soldiers were taught to fight identically. So either way everyone in Grand Navy fight using left hand or this is a mistake. (Or maybe Grand Navy is so fucking magical that our world’s rules don’t work on them)
