I found a TRUE ghost ship. I couldn’t sink it because my ship had no cannons or siege weapon, and I forgot I could use my ram. I would have made it stop sailing after me by attacking the crew, except… It had no crew.
Atlantean spawning was totally bugged in this server. They didn’t spawn anywhere, not on islands and not on ships. So this ketch followed me EVERYWHERE. I saw it at multiple islands, always lurking quietly behind. Sometimes it would fire at my ship, and after about two rounds of shots it would sail away again.
It was actually super comical. I’m imagining this ship as cartoonish as possible. Super creepy “ghost” ship with no crew, chasing me to the ends of the earth for no reason at all.

This would be a FIRE Insanity gimmick in the Dark Sea! Seeing fake ships or sea monsters around your ship that “attack” a couple of times before fading would be really cool.
