It was before npc overleveling got patched. I heard he uses Acid Magic and has a cutlass.

Considering rivals reach level 160 now, the cap has to be 1,000 for Gravy NPCs.
20,080 is probably something even Vetex hasn’t considered what the fuck would happen at.
I heard somewhere (I think a image containing a message from Tech) that the AO protagonist is going to be stronger than PK. If at most our level cap is 1,000 (and where we can surpass the PK who can probably surpass mentioned entities like the King Admiral or Red Council, and defeat the Order), and that dudes level is 20,080, I’m actually sure he’s AO’s “strongest” character.
