So, i did some research, and, sadly, no, spectral analysis likely wouldn’t work for dynamic positron emission tomography since most machines that use spectral analysis don’t actually pick up radiation which is often required in dynamic positron emission tomography in order to scan the body and the organs inside. so, no, it wouldn’t be able to. and even if it was, it would be way less useful than something made exclusively to do dynamic positron emission tomography since it doesn’t show blood activity.
