They are very real, and their main motivation is to have the feeling of power over others. So theyâll find every minute reason to impose themselves to others and get satisfaction from pushing others down. They do not care about others and they do not want to change.
The cause of this behavior is not them getting the consequences of their actions or their punishment is a slap on the wrist, notably this is how bullies and control freaks are created.
