I’m in the minority of people that doesn’t dislike it much, it’s a simple task that’s very profitable. Only downside is how abysmally low sunken’s drop rates are, making you need to do it for hours or days on end. I don’t mind fishing for long periods of time, but fishing for sunkens feels like shovelling the North Pole
