me neither but the implication is there considering it’s supposed to be on-par with sunkens rarity wise
I think I read ‘high power’ as 'most power’s but it wouldn’t be crazy for it to give that since it would literally be useless otherwise (lol who would willingly get less power for some resistance or regeneration when you can get size or speed) however that does change it tho
