I dunno about that, he has good motive with Morden essentially being able to hold him and eventually get past him resulting in his king’s death. Like he has a pretty good candidate here to attribute his failure to protect Calvus to. With him and Revon it seems like a pretty decent set up for a duo motivated by the desire to get revenge on the MC and one of his closest friends. I really don’t see how he’d be terrible as a villain we see again.

He seems a lot less important than Julian so probably not. Not to mention lacking a curse and possibly magic as well kinda removes him from the ability to become strong enough in a reasonable time frame for him to face us later.

I have a hunch that it’ll be Neviro’s own Winterveil. Could be wrong, but I feel like that’s what was being set up with Neviro going back to the Bronze Sea and the Tiberians’ exodus from Ravenna.

Maybe Frost Mill? It probably wouldn’t be out of the question for Neviro to turn them since they not only fairly recently entered Ravenna’s fold, but also have been kinda neglected by Ravenna.
Neviro could also take over Fort Talos. Probably wouldn’t be that hard with how weakened it must be after the whole sub-structure collapsed and so many of Ravenna’s soldiers dead. Plus a lot of the remaining have probably been called back to the capital now that the kingdom has become so much more unstable.
Ravenna might come to its senses and send an allied force against keraxe with general julian, but really they’re just chasing us down, and revon is with him. With them gone, Neviro will take advantage of the power vacuum and stage the Tiberian revolution/revolt, which could either result in Ravenna becoming a firm ally or the resurrection of Winterveil
