The highest level strength weapon would just be king ceasars sword stolen from his ult attack, you are basically just using 2 hands to barely hold onto the pommel.
Unless you drink the 5-15% size increase potion that does not yet exist but is part of the trello for satyrs in the dark sea, depending on how much larger you are the skill requirements get slightly lowered since you can handle the sword slightly easier as you now barely got the handle

id like them to be found in the overworld instead of through combat so anchor could probably be found at the sea floor/at shipwrecks while the harpoon could. yknow the things that reeled your ship towards the forest of masts. what if we just took one.
