I would like to point out that in both Arcane Adventures and World of Magic, most of the old people were also sexy as hell (Theos, Averill, Trigno, etc.)
If this trend continues into Arcane Odyssey, then old or not they’re still gonna have a lot of players falling for them.
Then use a magic that would have your favorite impact on fighting styles, like light making them faster, some other magic making it do more damage, or using a unique status effect like crystal’s status effect

btw do we know how every magic effects or changes a fighting style/weapon
like we know light is fast and lightning increases AOE or something like that
but what about everyone else?
it’s just the stats of the magic effect the fighting style/magic and if the thing has a magic effect already(like thermofist or sunken sword) then the abilities will be modified by your magic inflict the status effect if your magic has one and have visuals relating to the clashing effects of the two things
so like sand’s high damage modifier affect let’s say rushdown?
and that rushdown applies sandy?
