nope you cant unequip the keypage unless you use a mod that allows you to do it(there shouldnt be any reason to as black silence key page is good)

Congrats on beating the reception of the Black Silence! And presuming you haven’t done it yet, welcome to what I can confidently say is the worst realization in the entire game!

You struggled with the Black Silence? You’re going to just love some of the crap the realization throws at you. It has checkpoints (and thank goodness it does) but it manages to be one of the worst parts in the entire game due to the fact that it ended up getting rushed. Some parts are either completely boring or absolutely ridiculous. Use some of the most busted builds possible, because it’s just not fun to go through overall.
