Poppy playtime is a good game. It’s destroyed horror games for who knows how long, but that doesn’t make it bad
I don’t get it though, the name just sounds very meh to me and the designs of those creature things? Whatever just seem goofy and the type of things the 5 year olds on roblox wear, kind of ruins it for me.
Yeah I get that. Thing is, when you make a game with characters supposed to be for children, and on top of that it becomes popular, it’s kinda bound to generate slop. I’m not a huge fan of the lore, I believe it’s quite unoriginal, but I can’t deny that the ambiance is top notch most of the time, and you gotta remember that the studio came out of literally nowhere

I love animals. I love every animal, really. Petting zoo? I’m there. I’ve had guinea pigs, fish, cats, dogs, but by far - I have found myself more caring for my dog and guinea pigs. If we mean “aura,” according to Sock, and a few others, I give “cat person” energy. As for animals? Yeah, I like cats more. I love my dog, she’s the sweetest girl on earth, but cats are something I feel a kinship with.

okay lets be fr and remember the fact there have been multiple chosen ones throughout Star Wars lore. Luke, Anakin… and Rey. Also the MC for KOTOR 1 and KOTOR 2. It is complex. So it was BS.

Not at all. If you are making a book based off of a game with custom character creation, you force yourself to either be as broad as possible, or have the book not include the MC in any way. It works in some books, where you have a character made that people play - like Halo, or The Witcher, but for AO, it causes conflicts within the story, and ends up as a John Doe type character. There’s no real right option unless Vetex made his MC unlike Silas, and have some flare to the character. Its how you avoid these situations.

GOD ITS SO GENERIC IM SORRY. One of the reasons I love The Gamer, is while yes, the MC is generic, he’s not a basic fighter or all-arounder. He’s a mage. He focused in magic as soon as he could, after learning basic self defense with weaponry. I love that. Having your MC use one of the most common magic types and then be an all-arounder lets you cover a lot, but never specialize and let your character feel like anything more than a John Doe - a replacement for the fan’s MC. Be fucking bold. Write a character that uses glass magic but goes with all ranged weapons. You can have a somewhat generic MC, I don’t care, but do it because you actually want to and not because you want to please people.
Write what you want to write. Not what other people want to read.

I know the reference, I watched a 100% playthrough one night, and is it weird I instantly would’ve gone for kind caution? I don’t want to hurt anyone, but I don’t know if she’s harmful. That game made me really look at myself.

When the motion controls are feeling kind, boxing can be such a power trip. The counter hits and perfect dodges are vey satisfying to land.
Never played it so of the five that are there I went with the one that was my fave in Wii Sports Resort lol
