If it can survive its own speed and the heat that speed produces on its body, I assure you no bullet fired from a handheld firearm will do anything at all to it.
Not that it would matter—the human eye sees things at around 60 frames per second. In the time of one “frame,” the white eyes is moving seventeen entire miles. You can’t even see that far on most days at most positions. This thing will literally occupy your vision for less than than a quarter second before it eats you. I know gamers pride ourselves on fast reactions, but not even a computer could react to that.

One must consider the immense inertive force created by the White Eyes’ speed, which makes it near impossible to steer. All you really have to do is step away around 20 meters or so and hope you’re not in the trajectory.

it’d have to be in space and last time I checked, earth creatures don’t really do well in space, nor do they do well at re-entering the atmosphere
