you could still theoretically add a skill of your own to be the ult art
They deserve it for dilluting their magic blood with weapons piss
Will the level cap be raised much higher? Because players struggle against most Nimbus Sea npcs, because player levels are 140 while npcs are at 200+
Level cap raises with the storyline, it’s currently 165 in the Test Universe but will increase if we get Chapter 9 or even 10.
