I have no clue how side bosses are INTENDED to be balanced but (i think) the order you fight them is gonna be Halbjorn → caesar → Ormolu.
Personally I want Halbjorn to be a half-decent challenge at like, level 120. When i know more ill definitley try to test him with garbage gear. I dont think you should have to have perfect gear to fight bosses.

closest thing to a pot is bucket helmet
imo hallbjorn should be fightable around level 40 cause hes so close to redwake
the quest for fighting him is in cassia bay
so it’ll probably not be lvl 40
Split stat requirements in half allowing conjs to use warrior weapons imbued
Hopefully the kraken will be gigantic and be actually hard to kill
The only edge i can think of that warriors have over conjurers is having access to weapons that other status effects while arcanium weapons will deal the status of the magic sloted in them
