Mind you, if he’s on the boat, there’s a non 0 chance that he can go into dark sea.
I once got jumped by him on one of my files, legit lost 28 dark sealed chests cause of him.
He was stalking in like entrance to i0, but inside the dark clouds.
hopefully he adds some positive weather effects too so it isn’t completely annoying. something like better fishing odds would be nice as a weather event

Instead of “I will quit your game and never play it again” how about “I HEREBY VOW YOU WILL RUE THIS DAY”
In all honesty, a lot of chat messages should be transfered into Agora.
Like, sure, White eyes message is cool and useful. But maybe make it work for Evander as well? “A powerful bounty hunter from Throne Empire, Evander, have been sighted docking his ship on [island], in search of his bounty! / Been sailing not so far from [closest island, not in range of, just closest one]”
Rival messages too, likw why do we need to know it in global, just keep it in Agora.

That would make for a really long cooldown for rivals spawning, or at least the notification, you’d have to constantly be checking the bounty board
Hopefully the large whirlpools spawns ALOT of lurkers so Revealing IV and V are actually reasonably obtainable
