tbh, it could be the tidestone band, since they only have 2 weapons equipped
it might also just be weird lighting making it look more blue than it actually is

definetly the tidestone, i just looked an Theres no way to get the Oracle Braclet to be that blue. The only blue modifier we have is drowned and Abyssal, both of which we can see aren’t on there (Abyss is navy with cracks, and the drowned modifier isnt that bright, especially because the Oracle Braclet is grey)
i have the drowned modifier on it, the tidestone armband goes above your elbow
