This is basicly chat that replaces hashtags - which is roblox default censour, with funny lines such as “message got struck by lightning” or “message got eaten by the shark.”

So you can either change colors or filter stuff. Maybe chat now is not how roblox default one is or just text on trasperent background, but its own UI.
