Frostmill, because it’s cold all the time and it moves around. It’s riddled with crime, two whole gangs as a matter of fact, but Toymaker Isle has magic snow demons and and even more corrupt politics, so it’s not much better. The regular adversaries of Frostmill are weak anyway.

town-wise i would live in palo town, rasna, rubica, monoah village, or masada. very few places that seem very nice to live in aside from those.

island-wise my choices are palo town, ravenna, shell island, or sameria.
