as if Beam having an ult wasnât too much of a buff anyways 
ult art beam is literally just ult art placed explosion except probably worse cus itâs harder to hit
guys i wanna hate on mage as well but this is not it
+2 seconds charging and +30 seconds cooldown for only +20% damage is actually trash, this buff is deserved

thatâs just the lighting and sky island clouds are separate from like normal weather clouds tho i do have a theory that one of the sky islands is on the raining cloud above the forests of masts so maybe

the reason beam is so powerful an consistency and ult art beam doesn´t have that making it weak
