Affliction gems… 
the health removal isn’t so much of a problem with this thing as the health regen is, so much that i would suggest making it state -30% base health and regen, since regen only scales off base hp, and not any added with defense
Ah I misread it, I thought it was 30% max health, not base max health. Yeah 30% is fine.
Pretty minor sacrifice in exchange for being able to inflict another status effect on all hits
Time to use an Elysium potion infused dagger to send my opponents to the afterlife
