Oh. thought for a second that it was an actual customizable NPC you could have spawn on your boat and work for you.

yeah but how would that help player interaction? having ship npcs seems like it would just be purely beneficial to the experience, and wouldn’t detract from player interaction one bit.

especially considering the same argument could still be used towards the current dynamic npcs even though many players still interact with eachother.

by player interaction i meant interacting with players

that is what it is image literally has an equip function which means that there will be multiple co captains that u can use down the line
