I gotta agree with this one, now it just feels like everybody is going to overprepare for an update just to get X first and ask for a title
And? That just makes it more impressive that he hit it first. Yes, Arlyborg certainly worked harder and longer to hit that 2 mil goal, but this time it was a race, and even then it wasn’t exactly the easiest thing.
Even still, probably the last time I am doing this, even if someone hits jewelcrafting, I have more substantial suggestions I’d rather see put into the game.
If it makes you feel any better, I only started out with a little over a thousand seaweed and a couple thousand shells. I quit playing shortly after finishing the Easter Update. One of my opponents had over ten thousand seaweed prepped for the update, and I still surpassed them. Promise that prep doesn’t mean everything. Dedication wins.
nah it doesn’t because it’s unoriginal at this point.
the reason the first one was so cool is because noone did something like that before (not to mention it took a LOT more work to grind that much due to how cooking exp works compared to the 10k reagents needed for million potion exp)
and a race just makes it even less original because of it happening because multiple people had the exact same idea of “hey gordon ramsay got a unique title for reaching a million cooking exp, I want one too! Let’s do what they did with potions!” and then grinding out a few thousand reagents before the update itself arrived.
Stocking up on crap like this isn’t impressive, it’s just sad that people wasted time in their lives for something like this.

Agreed. It’s like if somebody else started doing an alternate Odyssey Feed to try and get tester

I dont think a title is really needed for this, due to how easy potion brewing exp is to get compared to cooking. Maybe at 5mil but I feel like after cooking its just… not really a reason to.

Nope, never traded with her. I did get around 4000 from that Acrimony I got within the first two-ish hours of the Brewing update, though. I wish I traded with her, LOL.
