cuz i believe most people have schools and jobs early in the morning and have a normal sleep schedule except those who have some problem sleeping

I just stay up till 4 am either reading a random wikipedia page or yapping on discord
dont get enough sleep and that will fry your brain in the long term
Usually around midnight or 1AM
That being said it’s currently 4:30 in the morning, I have done this a few days this week and it sucks

I go for 9:00 but occasionally bring my phone up till 10:00

My ideal would be 9:00 PM but it usually ends up somewhere from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM
My wake up time ranges from 5:20 AM to 9:00 AM depending on how much sleep I got
Same honestly with my latest in the range being 2 am snd gettin up at like 10-11
Going to bed now as i had school today its currently quarter to midnight
2 am hopefully i’ll go to sleep at 3 am (i sit on the forums at night in pitch black darkness)
