Its a paper so clashrates would make no sense since it looses to all heat, corroding and water type magic
Something that isnt weak. You can destroy paper with almost everything there is so you would really have to try just to land a hit since clashrates wouldnt let you land a single spell

Paper could be bearable but the only clash it could win is probably wind
then make crappy clash rates part of paper’s gimmick where it has good stats but greatly lacks in the clashing department
i don’t see clashrates have much impact often (might just be me)
light ash and poison also have bad clashes.

Since paper is just thin slices of wood, wood is objectively superior as it can become paper with a low size setting and sheet-like shape. Paper as a magic makes no sense because of that, it’s just a thin sheet of wood, an element that we already have as a magic.
I find that it makes sense, but I don’t really care. Let people enjoy the things they do unless it harms others, this isn’t a hill worth dying on.
