Nah, that’s people naming their characters after US presidents like George Washington or Abraham Lincoln.
That said, I have yet to see a Franklin / Theodore Roosevelt, despite both being possible name choices. (Theodore would be the single greatest president build in-game)

Strong doesn’t begin to describe Theodore Roosevelt. The man was inhuman—just look at this:
He was shot in the chest and just casually gave an hour-long speech immediately afterwards. When the man promised a speech, he gave the flipping speech.

Man brought fists to a gunfight and won. (To his credit, he also tried to avoid the fight—man was many things, stupid wasn’t one)
Three men had stolen a boat a while back, along with various other crimes including horse theft. This actually labeled them as outlaws, meaning that killing them on sight would be considered perfectly legal. Rather than doing so, however, Theodore, with the help of a small crew, brought the three in alive after nearly a week.
