Welp.

I’ve been operating on 4-6 hours of sleep every day for the past month or so, I’m like Mahoraga, I’ve adapted (apparently not everyone needs 8 hours).

Average is also probably closer to 6-7 than 4-6.

I know someone that functions better with 2 hours of sleep then with something like 4 or 6 it cannot be healthy man…

me too irun better with 0 sleep anyway, ffresh as a lettuce

not actual ā€˜bad’ stuff, but like doing chores in the most inconvenient ways possible or bringing me to stupid events that i have 0 reason to go to

Correct. It isn’t healthy, it’s just that they feel better with less sleep as they don’t get drowsy and tired that way, but their body will still stock up on fatigue, even if they may not feel it. That is why you sleep, so that your mind and body can recover.
A good sleep schedule is the first step to a good life.
