How do you think they’re predicting you going to the opposite side of the map?
some shit i do sometimes can be predictable and since projectiles can either go to brazil or to sides near me it looks like a miss or a predicted hit
then just block on instinct when enemy uses a spell
instinct? maybe
but sight is also used and thats not very effective considering the projectile might be faster or slower than what i see

You see the shot flying towards a random direction? Visualise a line, and point it at you. Imagine the distance in which the blast has traveled will hit you and create a imaginary blast that’s going to you. block from that
just use casting speed 
use gold glass cannon and spam self explosions
thats all u can do with an extremely high ping
